Payment is handled through a Payoneer payment request — we send you the request, and you pay by card or bank transfer through Payoneer's secure page.

You receive a PDF report with the checked URLs, the evidence for each issue, its severity, the exact fix, and a fix order roadmap.
You may share the report with your developer.
If we miss the delivery deadline, you may cancel before delivery for a full refund.
If the report does not cover the agreed pages, we correct it free or refund you in full.
Your website's data is used only to produce your report and is not sold or shared.

What this is NOT — please read

Not a redesign. You get a findings-and-fixes report, not new design work.
Not implementation. Applying the fixes is quoted separately if you'd like us to do it — or hand the report to any developer; the fixes are written to be developer-ready.
Not a legal accessibility-compliance certificate. This is a professional pre-check using automated tools plus manual review. As the W3C itself notes, automated tools alone cannot establish full legal accessibility compliance — and we won't pretend otherwise. What we find is real, reproduced, and worth fixing; it just isn't a lawyer-grade certification.

FAQ

How fast is "48 hours," really?

Your report is delivered within 48 hours of payment clearing and the page list being agreed — usually sooner. If we miss the delivery deadline, you may cancel before delivery for a full refund (see Order terms above).

What do you need from me?

Just your website's address. If there's a page you especially care about (a booking page, a product page), tell us — we'll weight the audit toward it.

Will this work for a site built on WordPress / Wix / Shopify / anything else?

Yes. The audit looks at your site the way visitors and search engines see it, so the platform doesn't matter. Fixes are described in plain terms any developer for your platform can apply.

What if my site has no issues?

Then your report says so, item by item — you receive the full checklist with the clean results, and no invented findings. Most sites have at least a few fixable issues, but we report only what we verify — including when a check comes back clean. Either way, you'll know exactly where you stand instead of wondering.

Does this include fixing the issues?

No — the Fix Pack is the findings report. If you'd like us to apply the fixes, implementation is quoted separately, from $149, once you've seen the report. Or hand the report to any developer; the fixes are written to be developer-ready. There's no obligation either way.

Can you check pages behind a login?

Not in the standard pack — it covers up to 5 public pages of your website, agreed with you before payment. If you need login-only pages checked, ask us and we can quote that separately.
